Our client is an established manufacturing organisation based in Caerphilly. As a result of continued high growth, Clear Sky Recruitment is pleased to have been engaged to recruit an experienced PA to assist the HR and Plant Manager in their day to day duties.
This role will be to cover maternity.
- Organise and support all aspects of the Managers day-to-day work; including proactive diary management, room bookings, arranging travel and expenses processing
- Coordinate, prepare and sit in on Managers meetings
- Manage day to day enquiries and messages utilising the highest levels of customer service.
- Complete other relevant tasks which may be assigned by the Manager.
- Previous experience of working as a Personal Assistant is essential
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent writing and computer literacy skills
- Self motivated, very proactive and have a calm but confident personality.
- Able to take the initiative and think ahead.
- Capable of prioritising and managing own workload.
- Quality focus and attention to detail.
- Adaptable, dependable and cooperative attitude.
£18,000 – £21,000 pa depending on experience
