As a Customer Service Advisor in our clients award-winning Warrington Contact Centre, you`ll chat to customers and do everything you can to ensure they remain valued customers. You will be accountable for the timely and accurate resolution of customers` queries as the first point of contact, whilst also looking for additional opportunities which would enhance their experience.
What skills do I need to apply?
We are looking for somebody with:
- Great communication and customer service
- Genuine enthusiasm to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Most of all, you will be a people person who loves to chat with new people and value them first
Business Operational hours:
The call centre is open from 8:30am to 20:00pm seven days a week; you will be expected to be flexible within these hours working 8 or 10 hour shifts.
