We are recruiting on behalf of our client who is looking for FULL TIME Customer Experience Advisors to work on a permanent contract in Derby.

Main Duties of a Call Centre Advisor:

  • Take inbound calls from customers looking to buy products/services
  • Upsell additional products/services
  • Enhance the customer experience
  • Deal with any queries regarding the customers account
  • Make outbound calls to customers in order to promote new products
  • Update customer details

Essential skills of a Call Centre Advisor:

  • Previous customer service or call centre experience (minimum of 3 months)
  • Good telephone manner
  • Must pass a credit check and CRB
  • Must be flexible with hours

Hours of work: You must be flexible to work 8-10 hour shifts between 8am-8pm Monday-Sunday.

Salary: £16,328 pa + £200-£400 Bonus per month, Regular incentive schemes e.g. iPads, TVs, vouchers, wine etc.
