Call Centre Advisors
We are recruiting on behalf of our client who is looking for FULL TIME Customer Experience Advisors to work on a permanent contract in Derby.
Main Duties of a Call Centre Advisor:
- Take inbound calls from customers looking to buy products/services
- Upsell additional products/services
- Enhance the customer experience
- Deal with any queries regarding the customers account
- Make outbound calls to customers in order to promote new products
- Update customer details
Essential skills of a Call Centre Advisor:
- Previous customer service or call centre experience (minimum of 3 months)
- Good telephone manner
- Must pass a credit check and CRB
- Must be flexible with hours
Hours of work: You must be flexible to work 8-10 hour shifts between 8am-8pm Monday-Sunday.
Salary: £16,328 pa + £200-£400 Bonus per month, Regular incentive schemes e.g. iPads, TVs, vouchers, wine etc.
