Our client, who have over 30 years’ experience within the fire & security industry are looking to recruit a part time Accounts Administrator to work within their office in Pontyclun.
Successful candidates must have experience of Xero software.
Duties will include:
- Processing invoices onto the computerised systems
- Dealing with customers on a daily basis
- Dealing with other members of the department to ensure all paperwork is signed and filed
- Credit Control
Essential skills of an Accounts Administrator:
- Must have experience of Xero accounting software
- Must be proficient in the use of all Microsoft software
- Professional manner
Hours of work:
2-3 days per week – 9am-5pm between Monday-Friday
£16,000 – £21,000 pa depending on experience
