We are currently recruiting for Accounts Administrators to work on a temporary assignment in Caerphilly. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in this line of work and be available to start ASAP.
Your role will include:
- Chasing outstanding debt that customers owe
- Working with spreadsheets to identify debt
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Dealing with multiple invoices
- Sending information when required to customers
- Previous administration experience
- Must have excellent Excel skills
- Must be able to understand Purchase Order processing
- Good communication skills
- Must be organised
- Ability to deal with high volume activities
- Experience of having used in house systems
- Ability to hit the road running!
