Job Title: Account Manager (B2B sales)
Salary: £16,000pa – OTE £30,000 (uncapped)
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm (often early finish on Friday)

The role is office based, liaising on a business to business level via telephone and email in order to gain accounts.
In the first few months the position will consist mainly of telesales with the concentration on prospecting and winning business, with the role evolving in to an account management position as the focus shifts to the retention and development of broker accounts.
The role would suit an individual with a happy personality who is motivated to offer excellent service when managing stakeholder accounts. A friendly demeanour, strong interpersonal and listening skills with the ability to be assertive is necessary.
Each account you win will provide you with an ongoing commission income meaning the rewards are potentially very lucrative.
